You and your family can be HEROES AT HOME and “SAVE THE DAY FOR CHD” while practicing social distancing with our new virtual run! During these uncertain times, it’s important to maintain our physical and mental health. Walking and running are great ways you can keep your spirits and health up – and you can do them while safely practicing social distancing!
You can walk, run and FLY from home to complete your 5k! There is NO CHARGE to be a Hero at Home – registration is FREE for everyone!! You can earn amazing fundraising prizes with a minimum $30 donation!
